梔子提取物（梔子紅）

　　梔子紅是由梔子提取物京尼平苷與氨基化合物經過適當的酶解反應而得到。產品在水溶液中呈現暗紫紅色。耐光性與耐熱性具佳?？梢栽趶V泛的PH范圍內使用。作為梔子的系列產品之一，梔子紅不僅可以單獨作為紅色色素使用，還可以與梔子藍或梔子黃復配，得到其他各種顏色。

　　典型應用：配制酒、風味酸奶、飲料、糕點等

　　使用方法：將適量梔子紅溶解于水，再添加到目標產品中。

　　Gardenia Red is obtained through enzymatic reaction between gardenia extract geniposide and amino-compound. It appears as dark purple red in the aqueous solution.It has a good stability to light and heat.It can be uesd in a wide range of PH condition. As one of gardenia serial colors, Gardenia Red not only can be used as a single red pigment, but also can be used to blend with Gardenia blue and Gardenia yellow to achieve other colors.

　　Typical application: fruit wines, flavored yogurt, beverages, cake, etc.

　　Usage: pick requested amount of Gardenia Blue and dissolve in water,then add aqueous solution into the end product.
